Zapraszamy wszystkich na seminarium Katedry Informatyki, które odbędzie się w poniedziałek 2 stycznia o godz. 12:15 w sali 3/40. Na seminarium prof. Artur Dubrawski wygłosi referat „Machine Learning for Societal Impact”.
Abstract
We introduce Machine Learning as a powerful analytic methodology that enables building real-world systems that improve from experience. We showcase its attainable utility using examples of societal importance such as combating human trafficking or diagnostics and forecasting in critical care medicine. We hope to inspire further applications of Machine Learning to solve problems that adversely affect modern societies.
Seminarium odbędzie się w języku polskim.
